I have order a t shirt and is yet to be delivered. While I was tracking, I noticed that the product type/service is Lettermail. Shouldn’t it be marked as a parcel since it’s a t-shirt I’m receiving?! I have ordered off this company before (octobersveryown.com/shop) and they always send your merch in this big poly bag. Why is it labeled a letter mail and not a parcel? (PS, I have contacted company regarding this issue and they said they are not sure why it says Lettermail but told me to ignore that fact) but I’m still worried! Please respond with intelligence answer that may help me regarding this issue!
