My package is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow, but the tracking system has not updated since Tuesday of this week & I am worried sick. The last update is that it departed FedEx smartpost somewhere in Texas, and yes I am aware that this service sucks but I couldn’t do anything about it. I called the FedEx hotline an chose the track a package option. I gave the tracking number and the VoiceOver said that it is on its way to “the station that will deliver to [zip code]“. I don’t really trust machines. Should I talk to a FedEx representative instead to see if maybe they can give me a more accurate answer? Is there still a chance I will receive my package tomorrow through the usps? I need second opinions.
